Option trading commission is $0, per contract fee is also $0.

Option trades may be subject to regulatory agency passthrough fees.  The fees will appear on your confirmation as follows:

Option Fee - Options Regulatory Fees charged by Options Clearing Corporation on the buy and sell side of the trade. Fees - SEC fee placed on the sell side of trades (Sell open and Sell close).  Index Option Fee - CBOE fees for Index Option trades.
